Got a set if you need them. Geographically speaking, where are you? The clamps are in Greenwood.

Is 'duck tape' that new stuff that only comes in a fluffy yellow finish? Apparently it is really nice BBQ'd with rice...

Sorry guy, couldn't resist.

Taza- listen to niterida, the man is talking the truth!!

My advice, keep what you've got, if it needs fixing, fix it once but do it right. Ergo Ej25, DCCD in a package you know!!

Kinda want to kill my EJ20 now so I can negotiate with niterida!!

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I think you have too much time on your hands if you are spending time pondering putting reflectors on your roof rack!! By the time the oncoming (or trailing) car's headlights hit your reflective strips, I'd suggest they'd have seen your headlights (or tail l...

Another option is modifying the upper bolt hole on the strut and thereby changing the inclination angle of the hub slightly. I'm going down this road with my impreza (SF5 Forrie struts). You simply elongate the bolt hole in and down, then weld heavy gauge washers in the correct position on both side...

Two Rocks

Went to Two Rocks yesterday for an afternoon out, and had a ball. Did some sandboarding with my son, put my toes in the water and didn't get bogged!!! Happy days... Anybody keen on maybe a Two Rocks day out, say early November? Who's keen? Replies require a current photo of your beast as it sits at ...

My suspension is SF5 Forester, and I had the same issue with excessive bounce. I decided to do exactly what you are thinking, and I fitted front and rear Kings springs (parts KSRF and KSRR. The R stands for raised) and subtle solutions 1 inch lift blocks. This certainly lifted the car even higher, b...

I have my sons seat (3 year old- so now upright) on the rear left of my impreza. It is a bit of a pain because even now the front passenger seat can't go all the way back, and the restraint straps go right to the rear hatch so it cuts down boot space. The one non standard thing I did was put a folde...

Yeah no dramas, paid $310 a pair for the struts, but they seem to be pretty good so far (on road driving only), but they have a 10 year warranty!!

The strut top spacers were from subtle solutions, and they were about $200 plus shipping! Mind you that was front and rear with all bolts ect.

That's exactly right- the bracket bolted to the chassis that connects to the front of the trailing arm is the bit i need! Pretty sure it's three bolts per side. http://www.dirtyimpreza.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20924 there is a photo halfway through the first post of the trailing arm mount. Jayd

I see we're almost neighbors, I'm in Edgewater but do most (all) of my mechanical work in Greenwood at my Dads place! If you see a stupidly tall hail customized Impreza give me a honk and wave!!!

I'll take some photos once my new tyres are on to show you just how much clearance I've got! It is really quite high, like when I bled my brakes today I just slid under the car on my back without any jack stands or anything and still had stacks of room to work. And the new tyres should give me anoth...

Sorry didn't specify- I need Outback trailing arm mounts!!! I want to push my rear wheel back in the guard as much as I can in anticipation of my new tyres (215/ 75 R15). With the current lift height the rear wheel sits a little close to the front of the rear guard, and I believe the Outback trailin...

I want them to bolt up to an 04 Impreza. I have been told gen 1 mounts fit, but if your gen 2 mounts will work I'd love to grab them off you!

Anybody know if these will fit ??

Update

Today I fitted a set of brand new Boge Forester struts front and rear and geeze they make a difference over the worn out struts I pulled out, car drives like new again!!! I've also got my Kings raised springs and Subtle Solutions 1 inch lift blocks in, so the impreza now sits pretty high. I've also ...

Trailing arm mounts wanted!

It's a four week wait X- Japan for Gen 1 rear trailing arm mounts via Subaru. I hate waiting. Does anybody have a set I can beg, borrow or steal? Failing those options maybe I could just buy them.
