RS turbo surging

Hi guys, its been a while since i've posted on here but i've been having some trouble with my 92 RS. I'm cruising along and it will randomly start misfiring/surging. The temp gauge is reading normal and there is no change to throttle position at all. After it coughs a few times and stalls at traffic...

You are talking about a centre bore locator. The centre bore in the new wheel is larger than the diameter of the hub and the CBL is used to support the wheel from the centre. They are not strictly necessary but definitely recommended as without them, the weight of the car is suspended on the studs. ...

I work at a tyre shop and have always used 110nm as a standard across virtually all cars. For something bigger like a light truck, small bus etc, we crank it up. As for spacers it has never come up, because of legal issues people get scared off when we tell them that we only fit them if the car leav...

I will need to get under there and check tyre condition but for memory three are good and one is flat(the fifth wheel and other good tyre went un...

Im tipping your running a 216/60/16 or 215/55/17. Either way the Dunlop 300E is one of the best tyres on the market for what you're after. I put a set on my Brumby and have just put a second set on my mothers Liberty as i think they're fantastic. They were/are also an O.E fitment on Aurion, Camry, C...

Engine was supposedly replaced about 120,000ks ago, but I've got no way of verifying that. Have your tried calling a certified Subaru parts dealer, they usually require a VIN when buying parts and may be able to tell you what engine number it has(or should have had) at original sale. I havnt tried ...

 It was just a quick Microsoft Paint job that I did a few years back. I thought it looked awesome. It has the rear tailgate from the wagon as the rear window so there is enough room behind the seats - I think that is where most ute conversions go wrong as ute doors are usually longer than seda...

I had a 92 Gen1 Liberty GX AWD as my first car and i loved it. After selling it i bought a 2001 VU SS, then had a Brumby, and now at 25 i have gone back to 92 Gen1 RS turbo. The Gen1s are such brilliant cars, if you go for the GX AWD you basically get electric everything as well as cruise control, a...

That door pocket also has a gender - if you can believe there is a difference between left and right - each fitting better to their respective sides. Think MY tie rods also gendered - might help sell if identified - all bringing closure to your stolen pride Ahh isee, door pocket is drivers side, bu...
