yes mate... when i start it always happens...

and yes i usually jump out of the car while it is on..

i have a subaru 1998 sti and it stopped suddenly giving a tik tik noise.. i think its because of the timer. i have my immobilizer and the turbo timer in a black box. when i try to start it just try to start like a vehicle with out petrol. But the tank is full. No idea about the situation and seeking...
