Are the supercharger kits just bolt on, or would I need to do some work strengthening the engine up? Also, I just realised that I could get a WRX, throw a FMI instead of the top mount, and then change the body and bonnet over to the RS bodykit, and get a BOV that's plumbed instead of venting to atmo...

According to Wikipedia, since 2005, the WRXs use 2.5 turbos, the RSs and RXs use 2.0L non-turbos. Also I lied before, the Liberty GTs have a few more newton-metres of torque

Yeah I can see that now. For some reason I thought that WRXs ran 2.0L engines, and the RSs ran 2.5L, but turns out it's the opposite.

And El_Freddo you're the first person to guess why I was thinking about doing it. I do hate being pulled over by cops because I drive a non-sleeper car.

Another thing I just found, looking at the specs, a WRX and Liberty GT have identical power and torque output. What's up with that?

The only problem is, I'm only 21 and can't really afford the insurance on a WRX. Also, how do the NA boxer engines go with regards to being turbocharged?

I guess I could always just get an RS for now, and then get a WRX when the insurance comes down in a few years.
