I think you could be right with the selector rod vibrating on something, i will try and investigate that.

i might have to chuck in a manual switch, it seems to be the general consensus.

I'm wondering.. My Brumby's cooling system is completly fine when running and the car is moving keeping the gauge in a normal 'warm' location but when the car is running and sitting still the car naturally starts to heat up which in other cars i have had would trigger the therofan but in the Brumby ...

I havent reved it while stationary and listened for that noise, the only tests i have done have been whilest driving. The radiator appears new and works fine as long as air is passing by the radiator, is it possible to get a switch that activates the thermofan at a lower temp? alternatively if i tur...

Original Brumby decals?

I just recently bought a near mint condition 89 brumby in white but it has no decals and looks a bit plane! I wouldnt mind that aqua colourerd decal but wouldnt know where to begin looking for one? any ideas?
