needs lift to make it easier to get in and out of!! it is great fun - had the roof down on the highway last night and wound her up a bit :D :D then i took the impreza out for a run, felt rather stately! New Toy: my second two seater japanese vehicle

OK OK ... it's not a subaru :( but Subaru don't make anything like this.... This has been a childhood dream - two door, topless RED sportscar. 2.0L RWD LSD and soooo fun when you turn off the traction control :D http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y40/subgiraffe/DRS_20071222_0411.jpg http://i2.photobuc...

When I lifted my brumby I put in adjustable radius rods and pushed the castor a closer to neutral, the steering is nice and light, yet stable at high speed. Someone on the board wa...

A more important reason to dump the fixed fan is that you can't turn it off when attempting water crossing -- one sure way to spray water all over the electrics and ruin the radiator when attempting a water-crossing a little too quickly I'm sure someone's got a photo of that red/silver MY doing a wa...

What are you guys running from?? [begin thread hijack] Really, this is a great country; both candidates are clever, level-headed people who want the best for Australia, it's people and it's economy. I may not have voted for the new prime minister, but I don't think it's that scary -- take a look at ...

Had this in my old MY wagon - kept it going for a few years by just holding the lever when reversing - doesn't take much force to keep it in gear :)

If anything, my gear lever moved backwards. Hits the 4wd lever in 2,4 and R. You can bend the lever quite easily to make it fit..
