Thanks heaps to AndrewT and Dave(subarino) for helping out with the liftkit install, we had our problems... i know heaps of people say it, but the sports exhaust is a pain in the arse when putting in a liftkit. L-series tow ball thread?

gday all,

today i thought...geez that black tow-ball looks crappy, so i went out and bought a chrome one, only to find the threaded shaft is too fat!...its 50mm and as far as i know they are all 50mm?

can i file out the hole so it will fit? or will that weaken the towbar?

QUALITY re-sprayers in perth

gday all,

does anyone know of a professional re-sprayer in Perth who they would recommend? My car is slowly starting to show it's age:( (cracking, rust etc), the only thing i need done is the tailgate, any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

yeh ive thought about having two sets of wheels...the L's especially with a 3inch lift look extremely gay and illegal with 13inch rims and poxy tyres.. so im thinking about keeping the 14's ive got now and buying another set of rims and putting the 27's on them...then the 4wd tyres would only come o...

im after some recommendations on some good/cost effective/safe on road, 4wd tyres. What have people used? what they liked/disliked etc etc

for 14inch rims and no bigger than 27inch

ive fitted the drivers side strut and spring, and it all seems good, the car rides nicely, the only thing is its been lowered slightly!...nothing the liftkit cant take care of!

just put the LH front strut and king spring in...the new spring was actually shorter than the original, and the car is probably about 20mm lower!
