Sorry for the ignorance, but what is Hootchie Cord? This is a "hootchie" and "hootchie chord" is the dark green chord - string (guy ropes) to tie it to the trees or DIY poles and can be used for a multitude of things in the field, when I was in the Army they were all a dark green in color not like ...

Man... I drove a sherpa once. Sounded like an awesome bike, moved like a 2 cylinder hatchback :p The Sherpa is an amazing little machine for 650cc's, in 1988 my VL Commodore was pushed hard to overhaul my wife in her Sherpa from the lights and the amount of weight that car could haul for it's size ...

Sounds to me like it may still have the piddlee battery they use to load and unload the cars onto the ships, My 01 RX Liberty had one of those and I was worried about wearing out the starter before the battery as it would take 3 - 4 hits of the starter to get it fired up so I threw it out in Feb 01 ...
