speedo dosen't go high enough for either from memmory wrx speedo's go to about 260 mark and i know rx7's go past 200 other wise i am no help.

the 10/30 are the viscosity (shear weights when cold and at operating temp) if you are going to dump the oil yourself just ensure these figures match. i use a fuch synthetic in my ej22 and it seems to be good not too expensive either.
