few years too late, i had twins & genuine airfilter fitted to an ea81 coupe, gave the coupe to my bro and then he sold/scrapped it :-x to a subaru wreckers in Cardiff NSW they are extremely rare, i believe so more than the twins themselves ecause most would have replaced it with a higher flow filter...

Kevin looks sweet.

Air shocks are sweet. I have them. Just gotta set the torsion bar tension VS air pressure ratio right... bout 40psi and half tension or less...
More weight in the back the better still but.

and standard MY mounting points... so you cant have move the crossmember to the wider part of the chassis rails then???

You should be getting at least 400-450 on a tank, thats what i got in my sub with webber, exhaust and upgraded coil. and all my driving is short trips... last time i had it down the freeway i got bout 600 on a tank... if its 4x4 it might be worth getting the 'gas-a-just' shocks from monroe i think.....

hmmmm... going off what i have experienced in my current experament, looks like EJ engine crossmember but shortened or MY crossmember with EJ control arm mounts. i cant tell by the picture but are the mounting points pretty much directly under the chassis rail??? if so i would have a guess n say tha...

i also have a catalogue from US on a 83 Leone sedan/coupe 4x4 auto turbo and from memory fuel injected... if i can find it i will scan it, i remember falling even more in love with subies when i saw it...

well at this stage I just want to get the motor n running gear into my coupe. once its growling then i'll worry myself. I could see a plastic/fibreglass box with rubber seals fitting.

wasn't fun for me... lol

any ideas how to make it water safe? its going to be in my 4wd coupe. to be honest I dont plan on doing any offroading so serious I would have to worry about becoming a boat but I would rather not breakdown because of something preventable...
