bugger what it reccomends. i use 4wd whenever its a little iffy. dirt roads, damp tarmac, water puddles. makes it feel 3x more secure on the road.

as for bicarb being alkili, thats how it works. cleans real good. rinse well and add coolant. Illd be more wary putting abrasive grit into the system for fear of wrecking the seal in the waterpump.

i dont reckon, however i will cut the overhang/seam off and weld inch angle alont the front edge. i doubt ittl go anywhere. its gotta be stronger than the stock setup, so if it needs further upgrading later, ill leave it at that. the rod should shear somewhere near the twist im thinking. i oxyed up ...

i know on ebay america, you can get FULL gasket kit inluding the oilpump seals for around 60bux. worth a look???

ive fitted wrx seats into my brumby. the front bolt holes werent a problem, the rear i bolted to the tunnel and the floor. not a factory look, but fit sweet.
