So basically a steering link that is adjustable in length with no welding or the need for spline machining (which as Nacha found out is just ridiculously expensive). I thought Nacha had the right idea with the blocks in his steering extension. So essentially remove the rubber damper/spacer, replace ...

A bit of dialectric grease will help with corrosion. I put some on all of my spark plug ends, electrical connections etc. Helps them slide on and off easier too ;)

Well doors are done for now anyway so I might look at some rubber matting in the future. The front doors are dynamatted anyhow the plastic is just for dust/water. Nothing on the floor while I test it out. So far really very little extra noise from removing the carpet, so I plan on leaving it that wa...

RCA cables taped up and sorted out. Had some screw in cable tie mounty things which came in handy. Can also see the DCCD g-sensor next to the handbrake. Oh and the DCCDPro controller under the stereo where the factory airbag controller would be if I had any. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/Ov...

Waiting on timing chain tensioners before I can go back to working on the motor. So started up a little project, a new raised floor for the rear cargo area. Plan is not much higher than stock, just flattens it out and a stronger material as the stock mdf is pretty weak. Then figured it would be a gr...

The gen2 has better rear suspension and travel, although head gaskets can go on them. If its been replaced already then it should be ok. HG's aren't as much of an issue in the gen3's.

I aimed for between 10-15mm clearance when I had the tailshaft made to suit the L series rear housing in my last gearbox. It was 2 piece though and I, like you, had no idea on the minimum it just seemed like a good target.

That mid boot spoiler really looks good/suits the lifted lib. I still need convincing for it on street/lowered libs. Thanks mate, pretty happy with how it turned out. Haha, lime green it is ;) Not sure what the replacement interval on the water pump is but it won't be for a while. Noticed one of th...

New iridium plugs anti siezed and ready to go in. Man these things are expensive. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/OverBored/H6%20Liberty/20140713_125931.jpg LIC half moon plugs in. Kinda sexy. Was uncertain about installing without the valve cover going on after, but I noticed the old half mo...

New neutral position switch installed yesterday, attacked the O2 sensor with a blow torch to clean them up, fitted a second hand vehicle speed sensor... codes all gone and she's running smoother now. I've had P1507 (IACV) popping up constantly for a few weeks sending the car into limp mode. Had this...

Part number for the bolt on snout that goes on the dual range tranny is 35208AA041. About $180 (international) - 250 (local). Throw out bearing part number for my car is 35208AA041. Should work as the sleeve kit replacement number is same as my throw out bearing. Apparently you need to split the cas...
