Fuel pump or carby problem?????

Hey guys,
I drive an 92 brumby. Lately while driving i will give it a boot....but it will not respond. Simply it will Jerk around violently, almost like it is strugling to breath. My fuel pump has always been noisy, but of late it is getting louder than softer (odd). any help would be nice.

A few Q's

1. Will a 1990 brumby windscreen rubber fit in a 92 brumby?

2. Will a weber 32\36 fit snugly in 92 brumby or will i have to cut the bonnet?

3. Is an ea81 manual or electric choke?

Thanks in advance for any Input..

Sorry about the poor grama and sentence structures in my original thread.
If he had offered me all of that stuff for $200 I would be looking for a new home, one with a nice sized lock-up garage:)
