my L series has done 308,000km and still ticking along (literally)

the radiator looks as if its been fixed a few times, may not have much to work with. i will try get it down to a mechanic Monday, what sort of price range are we looking at? cheers for all your help guys.

yer ive got a swag from OZ trail, goes real well, has three dome poles in it so its super roomy, mozzie net and rolls up pretty small.

i try hide my car so that i dont have to pay uni parking fees.....

how did the mx5 seats go in? did you need to do much modification to fit them in?

i tried putting some 300zx seats in but the rails are to close together, apart from that the rails just bolted off the L seats and onto the 300zx seats just too narrow for the mountings.

just wondering what other seats people have used to replace the L series seats, and if anyone has any pictures of the rail mods needed. any advice or feedback would be appreciated. cheers

Was that a genuine price for parts, or did that include labour? Try CBC bearings for the parts. There are inner and outer seals too. Labour should be around the 1 hour mark per side from memory, it can be a shit of a job. yer that was for parts and labour from a Subaru delaer, just trying to find t...

gday guys, im just looking to replace the front wheel bearings in the L series, rang around and was quoted $400 for wheel bearings! that to me sounds like a lot, i know it isnt a fun job. just wondering what you guys have paid for wheel bearing to be replaced? being a student these things arent cheap.
