Been running a brumby for the last few years without any front sway bay. Was mucking around with the L series lower control arm conversion but went back to brumby. I had taken the sway bar out as it didn't fit onto the l series lower control arm. It was such a pr...ck to get out that I just left it ...

Good topic...I sat on a panel of three recently and when we asked our question, old mate brought out a notebook and read from all his notes he had prepared..all the workplace health and safety stuff and equal employment, discrimination etc. Thought that was a bit cheeky. I also heard from a guy on t...

An old thread but an update. The two cheapo axles I got off ebay, well one has failed. I saw grease running down the side of the box where the right shaft goes on and thought oh oh..the inside cap has given way. Took the axle off and it has always had a bit of a click as I drive off but then settles...

Was filling up at the shell at Highfields last night about 7.30. Heard a distinct rex sound coming south heading for Toowoomba. Then saw the shape of a vortex with the pop up lights go past. Looked and sounded good.

For the Guitar Buffs

Had my mexican strat repainted after some of the original paint fell off.... What do you think..I'm really happy with it...No strings yet..the neck has to be set right....Clear perspex highlights the painting and the wiring is painted black to disguise the interiors. Painted by my son's fiancee [ATT...

Update: I've gone into the wiring on this as far as I can go for now. I released the fuse box and got to have a look behind it but could find nothing wrong. Most of the wiring that I have encountered is predominately brumby. I completed some checks and the large white wire at the fuse box is dead. I...

G'day mate...It has a real good earth heading straight from battery to engine and I think that all seems to be fine. I'm a bit confused with what size fusible link should be in the system as there is not much info on that in the w/shop manual. I think you are supposed to calculate output etc etc and...

Gonna spend some more time on this tomorrow but basically as above and according to the wiring diagram in the workshop manual, there is a large white wire that connects the battery, alternator, Ignition switch and fuse box all together. It would appear that somehow the battery has become isolated in ...
