Tried a generic injector cleaner today and did as steptoe suggested to no avail. The subie boys at gympie have a spare inlet manifold they have offered for me to swap injectors to see if that fixes it.

EJ 22 running on 3 cylinders help.

Hey all more trouble shooting and more to come it seems. The EJ 22 has an interesting problem. The passenger rear cylinder doesn't seem to be firing. When disconnecting just that lead from the plug the engine doesn't change it's idle but doing so on the other three makes it want to stall. Have chang...

Yes it is a plate type LSD. The diff mounts are solid and there is maybe 1cm of circumference play in the tail shaft. It is apparently a new diff I bought from Seagull a couple of years ago but only recently got the car drivable. I think the best way of describing it not having experienced it before...

For info the drive train in the Brumby now consists of Ej22, L series RX Turbo AWD gearbox with centre diff lock (inside ej casing), and a Cusco ...

How the he'll did you get those ratty old mud flaps to come up like that? When I saw Ross starting to clean them up the other day, I honestly thought it was a lost effort. They came up a million bucks, top work! Funds came through yesterday to finish off the remaining bits and pieces. Will give you ...

Anyone have the thin number plates?

If so, how thin are they? As in height from bottom to top. Also, are the number plate frame/protectors available in the thin sized number plates?

Cheers

Bennie, I am a very happy boy indeed. The paint looks really really good after the Subie boys hard work and considerable skills. Fingers crossed in the next couple of days the outside will be done so we can post some picks all in one go. Have had a chance to come up and [s]help out[/s] get in the wa...
