What do you reckon about an 'unknown condition' 32/36 DGV for $50? - not DGAV.

VIC Daytrip

Can someone in Vic organise a daytrip 4WDing somewhere? I'm really keen to give it a shot but don't wanna get caught out by myself!

Best I've done is Bunyip State Park just cruising a few of the humps there!

'87 Targa Brumby

Here's my brother's new car that I'm kinda taking over  Bought it from a guy that had already done a 5spd D/R conversion. Nothing else was done - all stock. Oh, and air con removed for some reason. Anyway, since we've had it it's received the roo-bar, and it's newest present was a set of 14...

Just as an indicator, I got mine done for $220 in Melbourne. That was for 2" back from the Y-pipe, 1 hot dog and a straight through turbo muffler for a deeper sound.

So you're saying DON'T use the extension?

I've been to 2 different Pick-a-parts and every Cortina and Escort has been de-carb-ified! I was shocked too! The only place that I could find that has one was a Ford over-the-counter wrecker and he wanted $75 for one that was in pitiful condition. I've heard that the wreckers sell them for about $2...

WANTED: Weber 32/36 or Dual Carbs

Hey guys, Seeing as everyone seems to be using this instead of the Marketplace, I thought I'd try here! Just seeing if anyone has a 32/36 Weber suitable for the good old conversion on my EA81. Otherwise, if you have a set of dual carbs let me know! Either way, I want something to give a bit more gru...

The way I've removed mine before was to tension the belt as tight as i could, then got a QuickGrip (those clamps where you squeeze the handle to tighten it) and placed that either side of the Alternator pulley to further tension the belt. I then got a breaker bar, followed by a large piece of timber...

I bypassed the switch by connecting both wires together without the switch, that didn't work. The dash light doesn't work either, so both the interior light and the dash light are out. This diode, how possible is it that is has blown? And as for the loom, where does that run in the Brumby? I'm guess...

Door switch wiring

Does anyone have the wiring diagram specifically for the driver's side door switch of an MY (Brumby if possible, but should be same as wagon). My interior light isn't turning on when I open the door, only on the driver's side - passenger works fine. I checked the switch and it's not broken, i checke...
